Where Do Our Therapy Sessions Take Place? What is the cost?
We offer therapy by either secure remote platform (Microsoft TEAMS, Zoom, Anywhere, VSee) allowing you to receive therapy in the comfort of your own home, or in-person (within reasonable distance of Ashbourne, Leek, Stoke-on-Trent, Buxton) for a wide range of mental health difficulties.

Do Clients Receive Information Between Sessions?
Each client will be provided with information between sessions to compliment the work during their appointment.
Do You Offer Tailored Programmes?
Upon embarking on your journey, we will work together to tailor the treatment in order to ensure you get the most benefit from the therapy.
Can I Pay With Insurance?
Dr. Adams is registered as a clinical practitioner with many UK insurance companies, so please ask for clarification around insurance provisions.
